the postage for end users is:
8 € within Germany,
22 € in other European countries,
outside Europe on request.

The minimum order value for private customers is EUR 30.00.
Exception: there is no minimum order value for individual enamel signs.
Complaints about defects: Complaints about immediately recognizable defects, in particular the completeness of the delivery, must be reported immediately in writing.
Our products are carefully packaged. It is therefore necessary that the following instructions be observed in the event of transport damage:
If the package is damaged on the outside or the box is dented, be sure to make a note on the confirmation of receipt. This is a necessary prerequisite for your replacement by the carrier.
When producing glass-lined parts, material-related tolerances can occur that generally cannot be determined. In addition, the nature of the enamel coating and its application means that a certain percentage (up to 3%) of the delivered parts may have small cosmetic defects. These errors do not affect the durability or use of the parts and do not give rise to a complaint.
Assignments: Incorrect spelling for orders placed over the telephone individual Areas are always at the expense of the client.
Orders from the standard programs are not confirmed.
For special orders, a confirmation with all necessary information will be provided.
In the area of ​​signs, magnets and magnetic boards, over- or under-delivery of up to 5% must be accepted. Proof patterns are calculated.

If individual provisions of these sales and delivery conditions are invalid for any reason, this will not affect the validity of the remaining ones.
